Ms. Medvesky joined the firm of Wells, Hoffman, Holloway & Stauffer during her second year of law school and continued on as an attorney in the general practice of law for her first few years of practice. In 1993, she relocated to the Lehigh Valley where she concentrated her practice in the area of matrimonial law for several years. Thereafter, Ms. Medvesky accepted the position of General Counsel and Vice-President of Human Resources with a corporation in Schuylkill County. In this position, Ms. Medvesky was exposed to and handled a broad range of legal issues on a daily basis, including employment law, general business law and contract matters. She brought this knowledge and experience with her when she returned to this firm in January 2004. Ms. Medvesky is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery Bar Association. Dawn E. Miller Medvesky graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in French in 1986 from Millersville University, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Following graduation, from 1986 to 1988, she was a French Teacher at The Wyndcroft School, an independent school located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. In 1991, she received her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law. Ms. Medvesky was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Federal Courts and Jurisdiction.
